Sharon Cuneta expects an invitation to the Star Magic Ball but failed to receive one

In her Instagram post, Cuneta was thrilled for the celebrities who are attending the event but not for herself whose invitation got lost on its way to her. We quote,

“Must be thrilling for everyone invited to the Star Magic Ball as they prepare for it this year! (My invite probably got lost on its way to me?” That’s okay. Too late to have a gown made now even if it arrives. :-))”

But despite everything she wished everyone to have fun. “Have fun everyone!”, she ended the post.

But in an article written by Rose Garcia for Abante-Tonite, the mega celebrity was being invited yearly but declines everytime  because she might be mistaken for a ball. Last year, the SMB and her concert at The Solaire was held incidentally at the same date.

And since her schedule is free and lost a lot of weight this year, Cuneta might be expecting an invitation but failed to receive one.

In the comments section of her post, a follower commented that doesn’t need an invite because she’s the Megastar. She refused because according to her she was raised not to gate crash parties.

Martin Nievera, on the other hand offered to be their date but refused since she has lots of things to do. She added she knows her worth ending the conversation.
