His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Mateen is the whole package — in every sense of the word.

There are many things we don’t know about the Asian country of Brunei, a tiny nation on the island of Borneo — but one thing we do know is it has a Prince not shy of flashing his wealth.

With a father who has an estimated net worth of $20 billion (£15 billion), his lifestyle is pretty lavish. He plays a lot of polo, flies private planes, and appears to spend a lot of time on stunning beaches or cuddling wild animals.

From his genetic pedigree to his academic pedigree, and everywhere in between, here are ten reasons that make this strapping royal 27-year-old a full-time modern monarch, and a part-time heartbreaker.

Prince Abdul Mateen has a large social media following for a good reason, one of which is his impeccable manners.

The young prince is a second lieutenant owing to his commissioning officer course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, and he also served as a helicopter pilot in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.

He lives in the 1877-room Brunei Palace of gold, diamonds, and silver. Owns 50 Mercedes Benz, 66 Ferrari, 20 Bentley, 20 BMW, 17 Jaguar, 15 Porsche, 10 Rolls Royce and 3 Lamborghini, And one plane gold plated and fully studded inside with gold, diamonds, and gems.

His mother and father nominated him to be groom next year, asking for a bride because he is now of the legal marriage age of the royal family.

Based on some reports, Prince Mateen earned his Master’s Degree in Arts from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies. He is also a certified animal-lover, and was even dubbed as the ‘father of tigers.’
